About the Role

Savyant Systems is looking for a Python Developer - Fresher who is eager to learn, build real-world applications, and work with our technical team on ERP and business automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain applications using Python.
  • Work with developers and consultants to implement new features.
  • Write clean, readable and maintainable code.
  • Work with APIs, databases and backend services.
  • Debug issues and improve application performance.
  • Participate in testing and troubleshooting.
  • Learn and work with Frappe / ERPNext and related technologies.
  • Understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of Python fundamentals.
  • Basic knowledge of OOPs, data structures and SQL.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and databases.
  • Basic understanding of Git/GitHub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, cold outreach and networking.
  • Identify and connect with business owners, founders and decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and qualify opportunities.
  • Schedule discovery calls and coordinate with the consulting team.
  • Present Savyant Systems’ ERP solutions and services.
  • Manage follow-ups and maintain the sales pipeline.
  • Build relationships with prospects, clients and business partners.
  • Explore domestic and international business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B / IT / Software / ERP sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach and lead generation.
  • Ability to confidently communicate with senior decision-makers.
  • Strong follow-up, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven and comfortable working with sales targets.

Good to Have

  • Experience with ERPNext, Frappe or other ERP platforms.
